The Centre for Advanced Functional Materials at IISER Kolkata is organizing the third edition of SMMA to bring together eminent and emerging researchers working across advanced solid-state systems, soft materials, nanoscience and nanotechnology.

The symposium is designed for meaningful interaction among faculty, postdoctoral researchers, students and visiting scientists, including prominent researchers.

Centre for Advanced Functional Materials

At IISER Kolkata, the Centre for Advanced Functional Materials fosters collaborative interdisciplinary research and education across advanced solid-state materials, soft materials, nanoscience and nanotechnology. CAFM supports work spanning smart-material synthesis, structure-property elucidation, device fabrication and applications in energy, environmental remediation, delivery vehicles and strongly correlated systems.
