Barnali Das

Final year MS student

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata

I am a final year BS-MS Dual Degree student at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata.

Research Interests

My research interest is in “Galaxy Formation and Evolution”, especially its applications to “Cosmology”. Computation plays a major role in visualizing theories, while no theory is complete without observational data supporting it. So, I prefer to work in the intersection of these three.

I am currently doing my MS-thesis on Inflationary paradigm and perturbations in fields generated during Inflation. I am also looking into how vector perturbations can be related to existence of dark matter.
