About Me

I am 5th and final year student of IISER Kolkata, majoring in Physics. My research interest comprises Theoretical Particle Physics, Astroparticle Physics, Gravity. The phenomenological aspect of string theory in context of Cosmology and Particle physics interests me too. I am specifically interested in mathematical techniques like Large N Quantum Field Theory, Epsilon expansion, AdS/CFT correspondense, which can be applied both in High Energy Physics and Condensed matter systems. I am aiming at working at the confluence of Partcle physics and Condensed matter in distant future. Besides, I do have secondary interest in Topological field theory, Solitons, Monopoles, Qunatum Hall Effect, Chern-Simons theory, Anyonic Statistics, Axion Electrodynamics.

In my free time I love to tickle my brain by solving puzzles, problems involving gaming strategy, pigeon hole principle and chess. I am an avid lover of music but only as an appreciative individual. I wish I will explore music in future if time permits.
